Well, we have finally arrived in Paris ! Getting here was a bit of an adventure, but that's what we've signed up for. First we were delayed in Winnipeg due to a bad snowstorm in Minneapolis, then our flight from Minneapolis to Detriot was delayed due to the same reason. This delay left us with only 5 minutes to get off our and plane and boot it to the next gate to board our flight to Amsterdam. We made it on the plane, but unfortunately our baggage didn't. So we continued on to Paris as the airline assured us that they'll send our bags to our hostel here in Paris when they arrive with the next flight. So aside from not having our bags everything else has been going pretty well. We've checked out the metro station and where the nearest grocery store is, so we're set for a big day of sightseeing tomorrow!

So glad to hear you made it to Paris...enjoy your day of sightseeiong and yes it's very quiet here without you guys...Dad & I both worked late tonight.
Hi Gooby :) Sounds like a fun time already! Are you planning on going to the Louvre? There was a crepe stand when we were there, you could get crepes filled with Nutella! Mmmmmmm. I hope your baggage arrives soon! Bonne chance!
